Agitation against Nithyananda arrival at Tiruvannamalai.

Agitation against Nithyananda arrival at Tiruvannamalai.

Nithyananda 34th Birthday was celebrated at his Ashramam at Tiruvannamalai on 29-12-2010. Indian women’s organization, Indian Youth Democratic Federation and Progressive writers Association agitated his arrival at Tiruvannamalai and raised slogan against him.

Saint Nityananda’s episode has already been unveiled by Sun Tv in its video broad cast on 2-3-2010.. As Nityananda, a saint’s pervert activities have been caught up in the camera, the time he was indulged in sexual activities with some actress.

Sun TV has broad castled thro’ a video clip on 2-3-2010 which opened the ugly face of the Nityananda with a film actress, and every half an hour this was broad castled by Sun TV throughout the world and being guilty Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam never have guts to come forward to stop the action of Sun TV.

Swami Nithyananda, arrested for rape and other criminal charges, got bail on Friday [11-6-2010]. The Karnataka High Court granted conditional bail to him and his close disciple Swami Bhaktananda. Justice Subhash B Adi while allowing the two bail petitions filed by Nithyananda has asked him to furnish a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh and two local sureties. Not just that. The court laid down several other conditions — that Nithyananda should not leave the place without the permission of jurisdictional court and mark his attendance once in every 15 days at the jurisdictional police station. “He should not indulge in any teachings or preaching except yoga. A spiritual head should be free from all attachments and denounce world. However, it is not for this court to dwell on that issue. The public is already sensitized by media in this regard. Affecting and hurting religious feelings is more serious than a stab injury. “Actress Ranjtha, the woman in the CD, has so far not been questioned as she is in the US. The video footage showing arrested self-styled godman Nithyananda Swami in a compromising position with a Tamil actress is “genuine”, a top CID official said Thursday. “The video footage is genuine. It is untampered and there is no indication of alteration in the video. As far as image comparison is concerned, that is still to be done,”

CID’s Deputy IGP Charan Reddy said. The CD was sent to Central Forensic Science Laboratory Hyderabad for analysis where it was found to be authentic, he said.

We are also reminding Nithyananda that as per Court verdict, he should not indulge in any preaching or teaching except Yoga. He must also repent for his past sinful activities and take forgiveness for his sins from God and then only he will attain peace of mind.

Jayalalithaa said, “Karunanidhi has brought shame to Tamils at a global level.”

The 23rd death anniversary of matinee idol and AIADMK founder M G Ramachandran was celebrated by AIADMK Party. Buoyant AIADMK partymen besieged the picturesque Marina beach in Chennai on Friday [24-12-2010] morning to pay tributes at MGR’s memorial along with their leader, J Jayalalithaa, bringing traffic on the Beach Road to a standstill for a few hours. With the assembly elections slated for May next year, the death anniversary this year was held on a special note with enthusiastic cadres shouting slogans hailing MGR and Jayalalithaa.

The spectrum controversy and the questioning of former Union minister A Raja by CBI have come as a major morale boost for the party, out of power for the last five years. The mood along the Marina was one of celebration as cadres came in hordes, not just from Chennai but from many parts of the state. Elsewhere in the state too, partymen organised functions to mark the anniversary, garlanding portraits and statues of MGR as popular songs from his films provided the background score.

Virtually kicking off her election campaign from her mentor’s memorial, Jayalalithaa urged party workers to work hard towards bringing the party back to power and “explain to the people the scams dogging the DMK government”. Even some of the senior leaders, who had been distanced from the party and its leadership, attended the function.

Normally, Jayalalithaa, accompanied by her party seniors, would spend about 15 minutes to pay her respects at the memorial. “This time she was there for 45 minutes,” observed a senior party leader. Murugan, a party cadre, said Jayalalithaa even retraced the party’s history and how MGR had nominated her as a party propaganda secretary while addressing cadres in an impromptu speech. “She explained why it was important to defeat the DMK, which will prove a major boost for party workers,” Murugan said.

Later speaking to reporters, a beaming Jayalalithaa, apparently happy with the huge turnout of cadres, said, “Even international journals like the Washington Post, New York Times and the BBC find it hard to believe that corruption to the tune of Rs 1.76 crore had been allowed to take place without anybody trying to prevent it.” Urging the people to teach the DMK a lesson in the forthcoming assembly election, she said, “Karunanidhi has brought shame to Tamils at a global level. People should teach the DMK a lesson in the forthcoming election and forever prevent the party from coming to power.”

The AIADMK partymen later took a pledge at the memorial to follow MGR’s ideals and work hard towards bringing the party back to power in the state.

Let us wait and see who the winner in the next election is. You can view the scenes of Jayalalitha paying tributes to MGR memorial thro “You Tube”.

Karunanidhi says no scam in 2G and Rahul says TN will get Cong CM.

Karunanidhi says no scam in 2G and Rahul says TN will get Cong CM.

DMK president M Karunanidhi exhorted his party workers to take the message to the people that there had been no scam in the telecom sector as alleged by the opposition and the media.

There seems to be a sudden swing in the mood within the DMK. From clamouring for action, including temporary suspension of A Raja, caught in the 2G spectrum allocation scandal, party leaders are now rallying behind the former Union telecom minister in a bid to put up a strong defence for him and an united front in the runup to a crucial state election.

“With four months to go for assembly elections, the DMK leadership realises that disunity within the party could prove detrimental to our prospects. And, any demand for action against Raja could also indicate that sections think he is guilty,” pointed out a senior DMK leader.

Party sources said Raja met senior MPs from the party on Monday night at Anna Arivalayam, the DMK headquarters, to explain to them about various aspects of the spectrum issue, including allegations on estimated loss to the government exchequer. A group of MPs in turn explained to the DMK supremo that they had “verified Raja’s explanation with documents”.

Meanwhile, Raja leaves for New Delhi by a flight at 5pm on23-12-2010 Thursday. He is expected to appear before the CBI on Friday at 11am.

Kicking off his TN itinerary with an address to the party’s youth leaders at Vanagaram, a Chennai suburb, the young Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was more combative this time. “I assure you, in the coming future, the CM of Tamil Nadu will be one among the members of the Youth Congress,”’ he said to loud clapping and cheers.

After touching down at a helipad in Vanagaram around 11amon 22-12-2010, Rahul walked into the fortified venue, a marriage hall. The cadres cheered lustily when he said, “This battle to build the future of the Congress won’t be easy. Building the party, which has been out of power for 40 years, is going to take time. We should be prepared to work, especially at the grassroots.”

He expressed happiness at the “energy” he saw among Youth Congress members and said, “Youth power will play a role not only at the panchayat, but in the assembly and Lok Sabha elections as well. We need many of you at the national level.” Earlier Congress wasn’t very particular about giving importance to the youth, he said. “Now, the situation has changed. Today’s panchayat-level leaders are the future of the Congress party,” Rahul said.

Tamil Nadu People have to wait and see whichParty with ethical code of conduct will form the Government in Tamil Nadu in the next election.

Sonia and Advani War against Hawala Raja’s.

Sonia and Advani War against Hawala Raja’s.

The Delhi plenary is being held at a time when the Congress-led government is facing a series of corruption scandals and controversies. While the political resolution and the statement marking the culmination of 125 years of the Congress party, Sonia Gandhi on Sunday19-12-2010 announced a multi-pronged war on corruption and directed ministers and partymen to tackle the menace head-on.

The Congress plenary, which met against the backdrop of 2G, CWG and Adarsh, was turned by Sonia into a platform to claim that the Congress — which has recently been rocked by a series of scams would actually lead the fight against corruption. She sought to give this fight an institutional character by calling for fast-tracking corruption cases against politicians and other public servants, abolishing the government’s discretionary powers to allocate land (which she dubbed as the top source of corruption), transparent auctioning of mining leases and state funding of elections.

It’s perhaps not a coincidence that land allocation and mining leases are two controversies that are also plaguing the main opposition party, BJP, especially in Karnataka. Hence, Sonia was not only exhorting her party to cleanse itself, but was also opening up a front against the BJP which she lambasted for its personal attack on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on the 2G scam.

Sonia Gandhi’s five-point agenda for probity in public life included transparency in public procurements and protection to whistleblowers. She told partymen ‘‘simplicity, restraint and austerity must be our chosen way’’, asked them to ‘‘avoid vulgar displays of wealth and waste’’, and lamented that austerity couldn’t be made into a law.

In Chennai on 19-12-2010 Advani recalls Emergency days in hailing Sezhiyan former M.P. He said “We live in the dangerous world of spectrum, where people in power want only Lakshmi, not Saraswathi.” “Unless the whole system is able to combat corruption effectively there won’t be any peace in the country,” he said, after releasing Shah Commission Report: Lost, and regained, compiled and edited by former parliamentarian Era Sezhiyan, which exposed the dark days of Emergency. “In the past few months several constitutional institutions and the media have functioned in a manner as to highlight one single issue (corruption) that is vexing the whole nation. The media has covered the events of the past two months right from the Commonwealth Games to the 2G Spectrum to the housing scam in Maharashtra in a manner as to highlight how corruption has become a serious malady in the country,” he said.

Taking about the dark days of Emergency, he said once as an MP he along with Atal Bihari Vajpayee and another leader, were immediately asked to come down to Bangalore for a parliamentary committee meeting. “We thought we would enjoy the cool breeze of Bangalore as we were having an extreme summer in Delhi. But as soon as we landed in Bangalore, we were arrested. They jailed us for 19 months and I had never thought we would enjoy the ‘cool breeze’ of Bangalore for such a long time. That was the horror Emergency got us in,” he said.

Blaming the Indira Gandhi government for bringing democracy to the brink of extinction, he said India’s great strength was democracy. “Both India and China are now superpowers. But what they lack is democracy, which is our strength.”

Soniaji will be remembered by the people only when she has proven her statement by arresting the culprits in 2g and other scams.”A vision without execution is just as another illusion.”

Media Warned. Kanimozhi and her mother say they had nothing to do with Voltas land.

Media Warned. Kanimozhi and her mother say they had nothing to do with Voltas land.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi wife and daughter on Thursday [17-12-2010] sought to distance themselves from a big land deal in Chennai concerning a Tata group company, saying they had nothing to do with the purchase of the piece of prime land by a Malaysiabased businessman. However, the remarks by Rajya Sabha MP Kanimozhi and her mother Rajathi Ammal, made separately, indicated that they knew the parties to the land deal, that they were aware of its financial details, and that the seller was a former associate.

A day after media reports suggested that a large plot taken on long lease by Voltas, a Tata group company, on the arterial Anna Salai (erstwhile Mount Road) here had been sold by a man named Saravanan, said to be close to Rajathi Ammal’s family and who held the power of attorney for the land owners, Kanimozhi said her family had nothing to do with the transaction. The reports had alleged that the land, measuring over 53,000 square feet and worth about Rs 200 crore, had been bought by an individual for just Rs 25 crore. According to conservative estimates, the plot would be worth more than Rs 150 crore.

“The property belonged to a private party, not the Tatas. Saravanan acted as a mediator between the owners and the buyer, who is a businessman from Malaysia,” Kanimozhi told reporters who wanted her to react to the charges. Her mother later issued a statement warning the media of legal action if there was any attempt to link her with the land deal. Rajathi Ammal said Saravanan used to be an employee of Royal Enterprises, a company owned by her, and had ventured out on his own to become a real estate dealer. “I understand Saravanan has obtained the power of attorney from the owners of the land on which Voltas is operating on lease, and sold it to Dr Shanmuganathan, a Malaysian businessman. This has nothing to do with my company,” she said. Contending that media reports that she had purchased the land were baseless, she warned that further publication of such reports would invite legal action.

Meanwhile, Voltas clarified that it had neither bought nor sold the land, as it was occupying it only on lease since 1975. On the expiry of its 30-year lease in 2005, it had filed a suit for renewal of lease for a further period as the owners did not renew it on their own. Meanwhile, it was depositing the lease amount to the income tax authorities since 1983. “Rent continues to be paid till date and Voltas’ petition seeking renewal of the lease by the landlords is pending adjudication by the Madras High Court.

The CBI on Wednesday 16-12-2010 raided the premises of Gaspar Raj, a priest who took to organising cultural events in the city. Hailing from a lower middle-class family in Kanyakumari, Gaspar Raj rose to fame mainly due to his links with high-profile politicians.

However, he denied having anything to do with the 2G spectrum issue or having any connection with political leaders linked to the controversy. “It was our love for poetry and Tamil culture that led to successful programmes like the Chennai Sangamam, the biggest annual cultural extravaganza of traditional folk arts in the city. Kanimozhi was greatly instrumental in reviving the folk arts of Tamil Nadu as part of the cultural extravaganza organized by the Tamil Maiyam,” he said.

Junior Vikatan in its issue dated 22-12-2010 says that Gasbar has told neither Kanimozhi nor Raja has donated to Tamil Maiyam and Green House promoters have only donated to Tamil Maiyam. Can Gaspar tell who is the owner of Green House promoters is. If Gaspar is clean in his activities all people will feel Happy.

People will feel Happy if 2G Spectrum culprits were arrested.

People will feel Happy if 2G Spectrum culprits were arrested.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on 15-12-2010 Wednesday stepped up its probe into the 2G scam, raiding the premises, as part of a nationwide exercise that also covered family members and alleged business associates of sacked telecom minister A Raja, lobbyist Niira Radia and former Trai chairman Pradip Baijal.

Raids on Father Jegath Gaspar Raj who runs a NGO, Tamil Maiyam, patronised by Kanimozhi, daughter of DMK boss M Karunanidhi, came as a surprise and invested the CBI’s probe with an earnestness that it so far seemed to lack. Also raided was A Kamaraj, associate editor of Tamil magazine Nakeeran, who is considered close to the DMK leadership.

There were also reports of the agency conducting searches on Ratnam, an auditor who is said to be a confidante of Rajathi Ammal, Kanimozhi’s mother and Karunanidhi’s third wife, Ratnam features in the one of the Radia tapes, where Rajathi Ammal speaks about an unfulfilled promise that the Tata group had made through Radia. The CBI, however, refused to confirm that its team had questioned Ratnam.

CBI spokesperson Binita Thakur said that “incriminating” documents and electronic evidence of fund transfers were seized during the raids, spread over 34 premises in Delhi, Chennai, Tiruchi and the Perambalur district of Tamil Nadu.

Former Minister Raja was the thread that ran through raids both in Delhi and Chennai. His siblings, chartered accountant, Chennai-based businessmen Alok Jain alias Bobby and Mahesh Jain, considered close to him, were among those covered.

As CBI sleuths fanned out across the state to raid more than 20 places as part of its 2G spectrum scam investigation, it first appeared to be a random exercise to scan people close to Raja. A closer look, however, reveals that though Raja is at the centre of it all, many of the others raided are inter-linked.

Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy on Wednesday 15-12-2010 approached a CBI court in Tis Hazari, seeking Raja’s prosecution and his appointment as public prosecutor in the case.

When Government is arresting menial and clerical staff for petty bribe cases, it is not known why they fear to arrest erratic officials and ministers. People will feel happy only when defaulters are punished.

Is Nira Radia foreign Agent? Some more Tapes of Kanimozhi.

Is Nira Radia foreign Agent? Some more Tapes of Kanimozhi.

The government of India on Friday 10-11-2010 strongly defended the interception of Niira Radia’s telephones, saying that this was done because of a probe into a complaint alleging that she “was an agent of foreign intelligence agencies” and was “indulging in anti-national activities”.

A joint affidavit filed by the ministries of home and finance as well as the Income Tax department said, “A complaint was received by the finance minister dated November 16, 2007, inter alia, alleging that Ms Radia had, within a short span of 9 years, built up a business empire worth Rs 300 crores, that she was an agent of foreign intelligence agencies and that she was indulging in antinational activities. On this complaint, it was directed that the matter should be examined.”

The affidavit was filed in response to industrialist Ratan Tata’s petition that leak of intercepted conversations of Radia, a corporate communications consultant engaged by the Tata group, breached his right to privacy. He made the ministries of finance and home, along with the CBI and the I-T department, respondents.

Supreme Court bench, comprising Justices G S Singhvi and A K Ganguly, on December 2 had issued notices to all the four respondents. In its affidavit, the I-T department asserted that Radia’s phones were intercepted strictly in keeping with the procedure laid down for the purpose, and that it was not responsible for the leak.

The affidavit gave details of the interception — “1,450 call records of the telephone of Ms Radia containing recording of about 100 hours pertaining to the period May 12, 2009 to July 9, 2009” and “5,800 calls on the telephone of Ms Radia for the period July 9, 2009 to August 20, 2009”.

On Tata’s interim relief plea seeking stoppage of further publication of the Radia tapes in newspapers and magazines, the I-T department said, “It is not possible or practical for the government to take steps to retrieve the various copies of some of the transcripts, which have appeared in the print media or in the electronic media and which are being circulated on the internet.”

It is a great surprise to all the people through out the world that how a foreign agent was allowed in India for 20 years by doing Anti National activities.

I am herewith publishing some more Telephone recordings of Nira Radia and Kanimozhi for the hearing of our friends and public.

Minister Raja and Salesman Batcha.

Minister Raja and Salesman Batcha.

More than a year after CBI filed an FIR into the 2G scam, the CBI on 8-12-2010 carried out raids on several premises, including that of disgraced former minister A Raja and officials who played pivotal roles in the haphazard allocation of spectrum in 2008.

Premises of Sadhick Batcha, a Chennai-based businessman and associate of Raja, also figured among those whose premises were raided and who were questioned by the CBI later. Raja’s wife, Parmeshwari, was among the directors of Green House Promoters, a Batcha-owned firm, from 2007. The Chennai-based businessman is suspected of having handled part of the alleged 2G scam money.

Driven by poverty, AM Sadhick Batcha migrated to Perambalur about 20 years ago from his native Pallapatti village in Salem district. Little would he have imagined then that this would be the beginning of a meteoric rise. In roughly two decades, Batcha has gone from being an itinerant salesman to become the managing director of a real estate firm, thanks in no small measure to his links with the erstwhile telecom minister A Raja.

Batcha’s origins were clearly humble. He started out by selling sarees and dress material on an instalment basis to low-income groups. He would go around on a bicycle, collecting instalments of Rs 10-15 per month from each customer. He later ventured into selling electronic goods like radio and tape recorders, again on instalment.

It took him five more years to graduate into the realty business, though in a modest way. It was an association with former deputy speaker Varahur Arunachalam of AIADMK that changed the course of his life. It began with him doing errands for Arunachalam. Soon, Arunachalam introduced him to Raja, an advocate trying to make his name in the DMK.

Batcha soon expanded his real estate empire to Dindigul and Karur districts. He already had a company – Sadhick Batcha Real Estates —; he subsequently started another named Green House Promoters in 2004 after Raja became Union minister for environment; his mentor’s family too joined him in the business. Batcha reportedly played a major role in organizing several hundred acres of land for a private firm to shift its operations from Chennai to Perambalur.

Batcha had roped in Raja’s wife MA Parameswari on the board of Green House as a director. Others on the board are Raja’s nephew RP Paramesh Kumar, who is also joint MD of the firm, and Raja’s brother A Kaliaperumal. Another realty firm, Equaas Estates Pvt Ltd, was also floated, again involving many of Raja’s relatives. Batcha floated another company in Singapore to facilitate FDI inflow into his company. But the Singapore firm landed in trouble after central agencies noticed violations of the Foreign Exchange Management Act.

In all, 14 locations in Delhi and Chennai were raided, with dozens of CBI officials drafted for the exercise — the first visible step in unearthing the criminal conspiracy behind the spectrum allocation that has resulted in losses in the range of Rs 1.76 lakh crore to the exchequer.

God only knows where the 2G spectrum booty has been hidden?

Whether Raja supported anticipatory bail for culptits?

Whether Raja supported anticipatory bail for culptits?

V Jayaraman, data entry operator in Pondicherry University, who complained about a marksheet scam, found murdered. About 300 marksheets of engineering & medical students allegedly altered by varsity staff

Student Kripa Sridhar and his doctor-father C Krishnamurthy named among accused by CBI in marksheet scam. They go absconding, file anticipatory bail plea in Madras HC

RK Chandramohen, chairman of Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, meets Justice R Regupathi in his chambers and says then Union minister A Raja wants favourable order for the father-son duo as they were ‘family friends’. Lawyer gives mobile phone to judge saying Raja is on the line, wants to speak. Judge refuses to take the call

Chandramohen has argument with Justice Regupathi in court after the latter says he is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Furious judge says in open court that Chandramohen had approached him on behalf of a union minister. Judge threatens to take up the matter with President, Prime Minister
Justice Regupathi writes to then Madras HC Chief Justice H L Gokhale, narrating the entire incident. The letter mentions Raja’s name. Then CJI K G Balakrishnan tells TOI that in Regupathi’s letter there is no mention of a minister speaking to the judge

A week after the controversy, a HC bench orders a CBI probe into the murder of Jayaraman, who exposed the marksheet scam

Advocate G Rajendran, citing media reports, files a writ petition seeking direction to Bar Council to take action against Chandramohen and to allow access to the letter written by Justice Regupathi. Petition sent to a division bench on August 27, 2009

Nearly 18 months after a sitting judge of the Madras high court stunned the nation by revealing that a Union minister tried to contact him through the chairman of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu (BCT) for a favourable order, a division bench has now stripped the chairman of his post and made it known that the minister involved was A Raja.

Lambasting bar council chief R K Chandramohen on Tuesday [7-12-2010], a division bench, comprising Justices F M Ibrahim Kalifulla and M M Sundresh, said he should be suspended from the post immediately and the Bar Council of India should initiate disciplinary action against him.

Former Minister Raja said on [7-12-2010] Tuesday that the allegations were “a bit worrying”, but he was confident of being able to prove that he was not guilty of any wrongdoing.

Kalaignar Karunanidhi 26 Cr assets in 2006, now it comes down to 6 Cr?

Kalaignar Karunanidhi 26 Cr assets in 2006, now it comes down to 6 Cr?

Tamil Nadu chief minister and DMK president M Karunanidhi on 1-12-2010 in a statement, he claimed his total assets amounted to only 6.01 crore, which included 5.66 crore in fixed deposits and 35 lakh of deposits in savings bank accounts.

He said he had received 100 crore by selling his equity in Sun TV in October 2005 when his grand nephews Kalanithi and Dayanidhi Maran expressed their desire to fully own the company, but chose to distribute much of the post tax receipts of 77.5 crore among his children and kept only 10 crore for himself.
Out of that, 5 crore was donated to the Kalaignar Karunanidhi Trust. The balance, along with the accrued interest, was the only savings he had in his life, he said.

But Kaunanidhi had declared total assets worth 26 crore while filing his nomination papers for the 2006 assembly elections. As the law requires that candidates should also include wealth in the names of their spouses, he had then included details of fixed deposits and bank accounts in the name of Dayalu and Rajathi, totally amounting to about 18 crore. [Total assets 44 Cr]

His elder son and Union chemicals and fertiliser minister M K Alagiri was worth 13 crore in 2009, covering both immovable and moveable property.
Younger son and Tamil Nadu deputy chief minister M K Stalin’s assets were
worth 13.61 crore in 2004 and sister Kanimozhi had assets worth 8.45 crore when she filed her nomination for the Rajya Sabha elections in 2007. Karunanidhis another daughter Selvi never declared her assets because she never filed any nomination for the elections.

Kalaignar also told that he was the only Chief Minister living in the street house.
To our remembrance Rajaji lived in a house in the Buzzullah street, T,Nagar and Kamaraj, Bakthavathchalam and Former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi were living in others houses. Moreover to our knowledge that no previous chief minister’s sons were crorepathis in Tamil Nadu. The freedom fighters who have fought for the India’s Independence now eagerly standing in the queue for their monthly pensions.

Any how we appreciate Karunanidhi’s tireless service to his party and it is our wish that all people must follow the foot step of Kalaignar and work hard and come up in their carrier as Crorepathis.

Kindly hear the speeches of former Congress leader Dindivanam Ramamurthy thro; “You Tube”. Thanks to “Jaya TV”.

Telephone Talk between Nira Radia, A.Raja and Kanimozhi.

Telephone Talk between Nira Radia, A.Raja and Kanimozhi.

CORPORATE lobbyist Nira Radia admitted before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials that she was liaising with tainted former telecom minister A. Raja on behalf of her client Tata Teleservices. Nira Radia got Rs 60 crore for 'consultancy'

Radia asserted in a statement released by her company Vaishnavi Corporate Communications, that her only client Tata Teleservices has been discriminated against over the years and therefore suffered huge losses."The new CAG report also clearly states that Tata Teleservices, has been unfairly discriminated against in the allotment of spectrum," she said.

The directorate recorded Radia's 20-page statement in her own handwriting regarding her role in the 2G spectrum scandal. "The statement was recorded under Section 50 of the Money Laundering Act which is admissible as evidence before a court of law," an ED officer said.

The I-T department in November 2009 had tapped phones of Radia and gathered information about nexus between politicians, officials, business tycoons and senior journalists.

The Radia tapes controversy relates to the telephonic conversations between Nira Radia, a professional lobbyist and telecom minister A. Raja. The conversations with M.Karunanidhi's daughter Kanimozhi are also available in the tapes. In the recorded conversations between Nira Radia and prominent figures, referred to as the Radia Tapes, several prominent figures are heard in conversation with Radia

We are publishing a bit of conversation tapped in the Radia Tapes between Nira Radia and A.Raja former Telecom Minister and M. Kanimozhi M.P.

Karunanidhi using dalit card to defend Raja.

Karunanidhi using dalit card to defend Raja.

The CPM in Tamil Nadu on Monday 29-11-2010  criticised chief minister M Karunanidhi’s attempt to play the caste card to defend former communications minister A Raja, saying the people would not accept the claim that Raja was being targeted in the spectrum scam only because he was a dalit.

“The people won’t accept the use of caste identity to cover up the multi-crore rupee scandal,” CPM state secretary G Ramakrishnan told reporters at the party headquarters here. Raking up the Aryan-Dravidian divide, as Karunanidhi had done in a public meeting in Vellore was not acceptable, he added.

The DMK leader had two days ago sought to contrast the attitude of political parties towards the late T T Krishnamachari, a Brahmin, when he was forced to resign under a cloud in the wake of the Mundhra scandal in the 1950s, from their behaviour in the case of Raja. “The matter was dropped as soon as TTK resigned, but the opposition is not allowing the issue to die down even after Raja quit the ministry. Is it because Raja is a dalit?” the CM had asked.

Dalit Ezhilmalai former Union minister of India has also condemned Karunanidhis dalit card speech during his interview with “Jaya TV” telling that it is not proper to tell that Raja alone was a Dalit, and he has also narrated the story of Dalit Umasankar and others victimised by Karunanidhi.
A day after his suspension was revoked by the government, IAS officer C Umashankar accused Tamil Nadu chief minister M Karunanidhi of harassment by framing false charges against him for being honest in service.
In our opinion it is the usual habit of Kalaignar Karunanidhi to play caste card in pointing fingers against others to hide his own party members bribe episode. Particularly in former Chief Minister Jayalalitha’s case, she has already surrendered all the Tansi lands acquired by her to the Government, but Karunanidhi still insists her case to be probed.
Kindly visit “You Tube” to hear the speeches of former Union Minister Dalit Ezhilmalai. Thanks to “Jaya TV.”

Purushothama Yoga and Daivasura-Sampad-Vibhaga Yoga.Tamil Speech. S.V.Ramani. 15&16.

Purushothama Yoga

Continuing further the Supreme Lord Krishna confirms that He is situated simultaneously within the enteric hearts of all jivas or embodied beings as the internal monitor. The Supreme Lord is cognizant of hundreds of millions of lifetimes for every jivas and from Him comes memory concerning things remembered as well as knowledge and the loss of knowledge regarding things experienced by the senses. Some are stored within the collective consciousness and others are accessible directly within the individual consciousness. He is the originator of the Vedas and thus possessing all knowledge He is the promulgator of the Vedas exclusively through His four authorised channels of disciplic succession which lead directly back to Him as revealed in the Vedic scriptures. The Supreme Lord alone is to be known only through the eternal authority of the Vedic scriptures.

Daivasura-Sampad-Vibhaga Yoga

Continuing Lord Krishna explains that perplexed and deluded by the innumerable desires waiting to be fulfilled in their minds which they are determined to realize; the demoniac become ensnared and entangled caught in the net of illusion even as fish are ensnared and caught by a fisherman's net in water. Inescapably caught in the net of illusion the demoniac pursue their nefarious activities in the never ending attempt to satisfy their addiction to sense gratification and when their span of life has come to an end they are forced to enter the lowest regions of hell to suffer immeasurably.

Ksetra-Ksetrajna Vibhaga Yoga and Gunatraya-Vibhaga Yoga. [Tamil Speech.S.V.Ramani] 13 & 14.

Ksetra-Ksetrajna Vibhaga Yoga and Gunatraya-Vibhaga Yoga. [Tamil Speech.S.V.Ramani] 13 & 14.

After describing the 20 indispensable attributes that are required to achieve the Supreme Ultimate Truth now Lord Krishna explains at length the nature of the ksetra-jna or knower of the field of activity with reference to the individual atma or immortal soul which is well worth knowing and of great value. Understanding that the atma is eternal and completely different from the perishable physical body and is not subject to mundane modifications like birth, old age, disease and death one begins to taste supreme bliss. The atma is beyond all the qualities and potencies of material existence no matter how powerful they may be. The Prasna Upanisad V.V beginning yah punaretam trima trenomiti meaning: One beholds the Supreme Being residing within the etheric heart and is higher than the highest living reality. Then access to the realm of the Supreme Lord is achieved which is permeated by the brahman or spiritual substratum pervading all existence and is the prime cause of primordial matter, the jiva or embodied being and eternal time. The true nature of the brahman the innermost self as the atma is revealed and all nescience is completely removed. This is known to be neither sat or existence and neither asat or non-existence.

Gunatraya-Vibhaga Yoga.

Lord Krishna explains that when the jiva or embodied being is in sattva guna or mode of goodness at the time of death then numerous blessed regions are reached where the knowers of atma tattva or knowledge of the immortal soul are residing. The word amalan means pure, exempt from blemish, denoting devoid of ignorance. The understanding is that the fate of a jiva who dies under the influence of sattva guna would be so beneficial that it would predetermine that the next birth would take place in the enviornment of pious and holy people that have realised atma tattva and so combined with an inner impulse to pursue this way of life and with opportunity in abundance one would continue in sattva guna purifying one's existence by performing spiritual activities until one achieves perfection.

Vaiko says Raja quits only under PM’s pressure.

Vaiko says Raja quits only under PM’s pressure.

Unrelenting pressure from the Congress finally forced A Raja to resign as the telecom minister. The party’s stand was conveyed to the Tamil Nadu chief minister by Union finance minister Pranab Mukherjee just after Congress Chief Sonia Gandhi decided to take a tough stand after a discussion with Manmohan Singh.

As Raja boarded a flight to Delhi at 6pm on Sunday [14-11-2010], A Raja continued to insist that there was no question of his resigning as IT and communications minister. But by the time he landed, it was a different story. Unrelenting pressure from the Congress on the eve of a crucial hearing in the Supreme Court and what promised to be another day of stormy protests in Parliament — forced DMK boss M Karunanidhi to get a reluctant Raja to finally resign.

“In order to avoid embarrassment to the government and maintain peace and harmony in Parliament, my leader M Karunanidhi has advised me to resign,” Raja told media persons after submitting his papers to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. He asserted that this should not be interpreted as an acknowledgement of guilt, claimed his conscience was clear and aggressively defended his performance as minister.

November 14th 10pm DMK issues statement announcing Raja’s resignation. Says decision taken to ensure Parliament is not stalled 10.30pm Raja meets PM and resigns

MDMK general secretary Vaiko said the events that led to the resignation of Union minister A Raja showed that he had done so only under pressure from Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. The PM would have otherwise sacked him, Vaiko said in a statement here on Monday. The magnitude of the scam was such that Raja would not be the only beneficiary, he argued, and added that a joint parliamentary committee probe was necessary to expose and book all those who had shared the “booty”.

Pon Muthuramalinga Thevar 103 birth anniversary. Jayanthi.

Pon Muthuramalinga Thevar 103 birth anniversary. Jayanthi.

The Thevar jayanti celebrations in the southern districts passed off peacefully barring minor incidents on 30-10-2010.A large posse of police personnel was deployed at Pasumpon village, the birthplace of freedom fighter Muthuramalinga Thevar, which saw a number of leaders from all political parties visiting the memorial to pay tributes on his 103rd birth anniversary.

It was a carnival of sorts in Pasumpon, a remote hamlet in south Tamil Nadu and birthplace of Pon Muthuramalingam, a freedom fighter widely acknowledged as a Thevar caste leader and a crusader for social justice. With politicians of all hues making a beeline for Pasumpon, the otherwise nondescript village in backward Ramanathapuram district came alive on Saturday.

AIADMK Leader Jayalalithaa, announced that she would offer a ‘thanga kavasam’ (golden armour) for the idol of Thevar within the temple “as per a request made to her by the temple priest”.

All the political parties, including affiliated caste outfits, make it an annual ritual to visit Pasumpon village during the last week of October every year to assure members of the Mukkulathor community that they are interested in the welfare of the most backward caste.

Former DMK MLA who is a criminal defeated Vaiko in 1996 Elections.

Former DMK MLA who is a criminal defeated Vaiko in 1996 Elections.

A former DMK MLA who tried to escape with 25 sovereigns of gold jewels and some cash from a Ashok Nagar house was caught and handed over to the police. The ex-MLA, Ravishankar, was later arrested and the police have launched a hunt for his brother K Ilanchezhian. [The Times of India News dated 20-10-2010].

Ravishankar told the police he had been the DMK MLA of Vilathikulam constituency in Tuticorin district. The police said Ravishankar and Ilanchezhian came to the house of Venkat Ragavan, a retired CPWD official, on Murthy Street around 12.15pm. Ragavan was at home with his wife Vedha Valli and their daughter in-law Radha. They said Ravishankar and his brother posed as I-T officers and showed identity cards. They searched the house and found 25 sovereigns of gold jewellery and 20,000 in cash. Ilanchezhian kept the valuables inside his bag and told Ragavan he could collect them after submitting the required documents.

“Ilanchezhian then started running out and didn’t respond to Radha, who sought a few more details. They got suspicious and Radha and Vedha Valli cornered Ravisankar. Radha caught hold of him and cried out for help. Ilanchezhian sped away on his bike while a few neighbours and workers of a nearby mechanic shop rushed there and nabbed Ravishankar. They thrashed him before taking him to the police station,” a police officer said.

“We are questioning Ravisankar to unravel at least 10 more cases of impersonation reported in the city. Special teams have been formed to nab Ilanchezhian,” south Chennai joint commissioner of police P Shakthivelu said. Police sources said Ravisankar, fighting on a DMK ticket, defeated MDMK chief Vaiko in the 1996 assembly elections before shifting allegiance to the AIADMK in early 2000. He was nabbed by the airport police while trying to smuggle drugs in 2003. While being taken to a court near Madurai in 2004, he escaped from the police and a non-bailable warrant is still pending against him. He was living with his family at a separate house in Indira Nagar near Porur.

MDMK General Secretary Vaiko is a straight forward and honest politician in Tamil Nadu. He is an unparallel leader who is having high moral qualities and fighting for the Tamilians real welfare in Sri Lanka. By politicians like Ravi Sankar former DMK MLA, the people are being cheated during elections by way of Bribe and other false assurances. People must keep it in mind that there are several MLAS who are dangerous criminals like Ravi Sankar. By these false people we are loosing moral politicians from politics.

If we want real Democracy, people must take a vow to avoid bribe and elect sincere and honest people to rule our country.

In politics we should not cultivate vengeance with each other party. C.N.Annadurai told that all the parties must cultivate the habit of replying to the allegations raised by the opposition parties so that we can cultivate the real meaning of peoples rule.

In politics Kamaraj, Ma.Po.Si. Rajaji and Anna guided the way of morality and stood for the friendly way of expressing the defects done by the other parties to the society. Every politician must follow good principles then only the democracy will survive.

Nationalist movement began in the hearts of young Indians.

Nationalist movement began in the hearts of young Indians.

The Mogul Empire was in a state of collapse by the 1720s. Other European powers were competing for control in India, and sought alliances with the shaky states that inherited the Mogul territories.

The British interests in India, under the leadership of Robert Clive, gained military victories from the 1740s onward, and with the Battle of Plassey in 1757 were able to establish dominance.

The East India Company established its own army in India, which was composed of British troops as well as native soldiers called sepoys.

The Indian Rebellion of 1857, which was also called the Indian Mutiny, or the Sepoy Mutiny, was a turning point in the history of Britain in India.

British control of India would continue, mostly peacefully, throughout the remainder of the 19th century. It wasn't until Lord Curzon became Viceroy in 1898, and instituted some very unpopular policies, that an Indian nationalist movement began in the hearts of young Indians to stir.

The nationalist movement developed over decades, and, of course, India finally achieved its independence in 1947. You can hear more stories in Tamil thro “you Tube.’

Ayodhya Judgment self esteem of people of India.

Ayodhya Judgment self esteem of people of India.

The Allahabad High Court judgment on Sep 30 on the Ayodhya dispute has given judicial recognition to the belief of millions of Hindus that the makeshift temple where Ram idols are installed is the deity’s birthplace.

In the latest post “It is not faith versus law, it is faith upheld by law” on his blog, L.K. Advani said he was extremely happy to say that after the “landmark judgment” delivered by the Allahabad High Court Sep 30, “the country has arrived at a fortuitous point where judicial verdict can form the basis of an amicable settlement between representatives of Hindu and Muslim communities”.

The judges were unanimous in their decision that Shri Ram Chandra Ji was born at the place, where his idol known as Ram Lala is Virajman for worship. Thus, the sanctum sanctorum belongs to Ram Lala Ji and that the idols will NOT be removed. The Hindu worship would continue as heretofore.

The High Court held that there was a Hindu temple at the site before it was demolished by Mir Baqi, under orders of Babur. The Archaelogical Survey of India had proved the existence of a Hindu place of worship beyond doubt. Therefore, construction of a mosque at the site of a demolished place of worship of another Faith was against the tenets of Islam.

Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi said Ayodhya judgment has paved the way for construction of a grand Ram temple and will act as a catalyst in maintaining unity in the country.

"This judgment has given a respect to belief and self esteem of the people of India, and it should be linked to self esteem of the country,"

Vaiko says malicious campaign made deliberately to malign the LTTE.

Vaiko says malicious campaign made deliberately to malign the LTTE.

On 24 September 2010 (Friday) the proceedings commenced at 3.30 p.m., in Court Room 2 of Delhi High Court. The Hon’ble Judge Vikramjit Sen, Senior Judge permitted MDMK General Secretary Vaiko to place his arguments to implead him in the proceedings about the ban on LTTE.
The central government of India extended the ban on LTTE for another two years in May 2010. The Indian government says even though the LTTE is eliminated in Sri Lanka, the remnant LTTE cadres and leaders are regrouping in Tamil Nadu, a state that favors a separate homeland for the Tamils in Sri Lanka.
The Home Ministry of India has noted that there is a possibility of LTTE's remnant cadres using India and especially, Tamil Nadu as a rear base for their regrouping activities.
Vaiko told “My Lord, I am really happy for this opportunity to clarify this vital point. The LTTE never wanted to annex even an inch of land of Tamil Nadu with their Tamil Eelam,” Vaiko replied.
“Could the Union Government of India prove that the LTTE did mention in any of their periodicals or manifesto or publications? They could not. This is beyond any stretch of imagination of Eelam Tamils. This is a vicious, malicious campaign made deliberately by the Indian Government to malign the LTTE,” Vaiko told the Tribunal.
The special tribunal, headed by a High Court Justice to examine the legality of extension of ban on LTTE, declined a plea made by Vaiko, to hear him before passing any order.
Tamils only must unite for giving a new life to our bereaved Tamil Eelam brethrens.

Kalaignar told Vaiko that your party will be DMK after me?.
At Annadurai's 102nd birth anniversary conference in Kancheepuram on 15-9-2010, the Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam has demanded that the Constitution be re-examined and amended suitably to ensure a true federal system in the country so that States enjoy autonomy in internal affairs.

The MDMK general secretary Vaiko launched a scathing attack on the DMK-led government which he said was unable to control the spiraling prices of essential commodities. He also blamed Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi for the deteriorating law and order.
Addressing a public meeting at Kancheepuram , Mr. Vaiko said, “Democracy is in peril in Tamil Nadu. Attempts are being made to stifle the voice of people and even the media.”

Mr. Vaiko warned that his party cadres had the strength to hit back against the excesses and atrocities of the State Government but they were exercising restraint.

Former State Minister and AIADMK MLA, D. Jayakumar and MDMK propaganda secretary, Nanjil Sampath spoke at the Meeting.
